A New Digital Broadcasting Service Is Coming...

It's called "TheOne" and it will be coming to a market near you via Florida-based Ludwig Enterprises, Inc. with a little help from their friends at Target Marketing Broadcasting. "TheOne" is a new HD receiver that uses digital broadcasting as its core technology for broadcasting up to 50 new digital radio channels in each of Ludwig's geographical market areas. Ludwig programming is multi-cultural. They offer ethnic, educational, classical, techno music, old-time radio shows, 24-hour news and also target the senior and youths markets and offer audio books. Jeez, did they leave anything out???

Ludwig will be all digital all the time, in all locations, rivaling the quality existent on HD or satellite radio. They've developed and patented a new radio that receives signals from the new Digital Television Stations - ATSC also known as HD-TV. Ludwig considers Sirius XM their competition but even they are very dis-similar to "TheOne", according to Ludwig. "TheOne" caters primarily to the ethnic, senior and disenfranchised youth markets. And the cost to the consumer for "TheOne"???

There is a one-time subscription fee, charged upon activation - the radio is a gift from Ludwig. Unlike Sirius XM, Ludwig does not charge a monthly fee. The primary source of income to Ludwig is from advertising and the sale of syndication time...
