What a Weekend...

To paraphrase Michelle Branch, this weekend will provide "a little bit of this, a little bit of that". It's a big weekend here in New York with another New York City Marathon which will roll through all five boroughs of the city Sunday morning with perfect weather conditions forecast. The ideal temperature for a marathon is 50 and it will be lower than that at race time with a high of only 53 - perfect. Now you can feel the way some 40,000 runners will feel on Sunday. Here in time lapse is the course : http://youtube.com/watch?v=MnxknAnBVk0 ...

We set clocks back to Standard time at 2 a.m. Sunday, the curse of all-night jocks who get to work an extra hour for the same pay. WABC made it official, Don Imus brings his morning show to 770 starting Monday, December 3rd from 6-to-10. Al Sharpton bought a new tape recorder in anticipation of the I-man's return as the worst kept radio secret of all-time turned out to be true. Don is bringing along lifetime partner Charles McCord - no word on Bernie McGuirk. Good luck Imus. Your former PD knows that you'll be bigger than ever!!!

The Celtics kick off a new season tonight with the playoffs in mind and finally the biggest game of the year in the NFL is a 4:15 Sunday start as the Patriots (8-0) travel to Indianapolis to take on the Colts (7-0). This is the first time since 1921 that undefeated teams with at least 7 wins, play each other. The good thing about this game is that it will be repeated in the playoffs. Good luck to both teams and may the best Patriots team win...
